He is a Brand marketing professional with significant experience in customer success, leading transformational change in customer engagement through effective brand positioning and business development. An Expert presenter, negotiator, and businessperson; able to forge solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and foster collaborative partnerships across multiple operations. Adeniyi holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and MBA from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. He is Public Relations Officer, Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation Europe (NiDOE-Austria chapter), Secretary/Events Director, NiDO Europe Virtual Events and he is Associate Director at Diaspora Innovations Institute. He has participated in a number career and personal development trainings including Integrated Brand Experience course at The Orange Academy School of Brands Communications Maryland, Nigeria; Management Training (Train-the-Trainer); Centre for Management Development (CMD), Nigeria; Advanced Certificate in Knowledge Innovations Management, Knowledge Management GmbH, Vienna – Austria; and Certificate in Diaspora Engagement, The Networking Institute at Dublin – Ireland.

He is an unusual Nigerian that is MAD – Making A Difference. For the past 15 years, he has dedicated his life to the development of people, businesses and lives to be significant -- different [unique] & making a difference [useful]. He graduated top of his class from the University of Lagos [Unilag] with a BSc. degree in Business Administration. His entrepreneurial career cuts across different industries including; Information Technology (IT), Telecommunications, Fashion, Consulting, Real Estate and entertainment. A serial entrepreneur who has founded two companies; MADphilips™ – a business development consulting firm and Oga Landlord™ – a real estate development firm. He also co-founded Asuqu – a freelancer platform for professionals to sell their services online. Tito is the creator of Differentiate Online™, a 360° digital marketing solution, naijapreneur.com, a business and entrepreneurship development platform, CVDoctor.com.ng, a resume writing and job interview coaching solution. Over the space of 15 years, Tito has impacted about 30,000 people through writing, training, consulting and coaching. He has authored a 120 pages e-book on entrepreneurship titled “the entrepreneur’s journey” that has been downloaded across 50 countries worldwide. Dr. Edna Ngozi Akagbusum

Edna Akagbusum’s career over the last 28 years has spanned the areas of Public Relations, Communication, Advertising, Marketing & Related Activities, General Administration and Management, Consulting as well as Training. A consummate professional, Edna has held several management positions in the course of her career and currently is the Deputy Director in-charge of the Publications Division of the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Shangisha, Lagos. In these roles, she has been responsible for various management assignments, paramount amongst them are Coordinator & Facilitator, both Basic and Advanced Management Trainers’ Development Workshop (Basic MANDEV) and (Advanced MANDEV); T-T-T workshops (in two tiers), for well-established trainers and consultants. Currently the Head of Publications at the Centre for Management Development. Edna holds a Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts from the premier University of Ibadan; Post Graduate Diploma(s) in Journalism and Marketing, a Masters degree in Public Relations from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), and recently a Doctorate Degree from the European American University (EAU).

With a professional experience of about 20 years based in her natal country, Romania, Anca Elisabeta Ghinea has worked 8 years from her career so far in the corporate area, adding 7 years in freelancing and entrepreneurship, combined with 6 years in the non-profit area. In the private sector, she mainly worked on international markets, she held various roles in sales & business development, customer support, people management, consulting in industries like software, financial services, tourism, marketing research and insurances. Segun Oni is a trained Agricultural Economist, Writer, Business growth catalyst, Leader and an Entrepreneur. He bagged a degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (2014). His leadership was evidence during his National Youth Service Corps programme in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State, he was elected as the Secretary and went on to become the President of COMEVID (Combating Ebola Virus Disease) CDS group, a CDS group created at a time when there was a lot of apathy for the dreaded virus in Nigeria. He is a recipient of several recognition awards. Oni Segun, is part of a bunch of creative who differed the norm to change the way professional services are done in Nigeria through a freelancing platform in Nigeria (Asuqu.com), where he has helped create marketing strategy for corporate brands and individuals. Segun, is a digital marketing consultant with Fate Foundation, he’s strategic advices and recommendations have helped hundreds of Nigerian SMEs to grow and become visible online.

Ajibola Abayomi Patrick, an indigine of Akure, Ondo State, is an international Journalist with both local and international laurels. He is the President of the Journalists International Forum For Migration, JIFORM, comprising over 300 Journalists covering migration across the continents. The widely travelled Journalists and former Weekend News Editor at the Independent Newspapers, Lagos has worked with several newspapers and media houses in Nigeria. A mechanical and Multimedia Engineer was born in Lagos, Lagos state of Nigeria on the 18th of October 1960. He attended Surulere Baptist School, Lagos and Baptist Boy’s High School, Abeokuta, Ogun state before proceeding to Europe to study Mechanical Engineering at the Higher Technological Institute, Vienna, Austria. He started his professional career as a Technician with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), before joining the private sector, where he worked with Niedermeyer AG. of Austria, as a quality control officer. After eleven years in the private sector, he returns to the International arena by joining the International Atomic Energy Agency as a Multimedia/Electronic Engineer till date. He is a member of several professional institutes, prominent among them are; British Institute of Engineers and Technicians, Austrian chamber of Engineers, Past President of the Nigerian Students Union, Austria; Past President of (Egbe Omo Oduduwa, Austria) the Yoruba Community in Austria, Past President National Association of Nigerian Community Austria (NANCA) and Chairman of NIDOE-Austria Chapter. He is a recipient of several awards amongst which are: The prestigious NOBEL PEACE PRIZE, in 2005 (An award he received together with his colleagues at the International Atomic Energy Agency for their efforts to prevent Nuclear proliferation, the use of Nuclear Energy for military purposes and also to ensure that nuclear energy for peaceful purposes is used in the safest possible way). He also received the Nigerian Student Union Merit Award in 1993, ODUDUWA Leadership Award in 2008 and Universal Peace Federation – Peace Ambassador.

He is Sales Service Representative at the Vienna Insurance Group. He holds MBA Degree in Finance & Investment at Webster University, Vienna - Austria. Happy is a full-stack insurance broker and financial instruments dealer who also has a passion for the financial market. He enjoys building trading strategies and constructing investment portfolios. Happy Kpor recently developed a trading strategy and 3 investment portfolios that earned traders/investors make an above-average profit. He would love to combine his passion for sales and investment with his data analytic skills to continue building personalized trading strategies, investment products, and insurance products for people.

Prince Akinwale Ojomo

Diaspora Innovation Institute USA/Africa

He is a private sector-driven Institute focused on Diaspora Engagement, African Universities Partnership, Development, Entrepreneurship and Job creation in Africa. Prince Ojomo is also a Certified Training Consultant/Partner at Public Service Training Institute PSTI Nigeria and co-Director of the Diaspora Office at Centre for Management Development CMD. Before then, he was the Executive Producer of Global Culture TV Show Washington DC USA where he spent almost two decades. The Global Diversity projects earned him a nomination as a Diversity Contributor at Citigroup; and featured in the 2006 Citigroup Diversity Calendar plus a commendation from United States Senator Thomas Carper of Delaware, USA. He was a recipient of the White House US President's Volunteer Service Award (PSVA) annually. He attended Global Diaspora Forum Washington DC, Philanthropy Summit California and Clinton Global Initiative AGM in New York. His current projects include DIASPORA 100, African Diaspora Annual Conference, Diaspora Innovation HUB and Start Up Lab. Ojomo is currently writing two books. He has years of professional experience in various fields including, entertainment, finance, construction, international development and information technology. Michael is an avid reader and traveller. He is passionate about social justice and equality. He is currently Chairman Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation Belgium and Luxembourg chapter.

Mr. Ernest Ngadiuba

Chairman NIDOE - Sweden

He resides in Stockholm Sweden. Apart from being the owner of “Africanliving.se”, an Internet based company which basically deals with African oriented home decoration / Fashion has served the Nigerian community in various capacity, Nigerian Secretary, NIDO secretary and NIDO Sweden Chairperson. He has successfully organized business summits in Stockholm with guests and companies spreading from across Europe. He was appointed by the Swedish West African chamber of commerce (SWACC) as board member saddled with the duties of and negotiating business relations with ECOWAS. This wealth of experience and temperament has spurred him into some consultative roles in smaller groups around Europe. Not only is he well organized but he has a passion for human resources. He has been opportune to be a member of various international group, like African diaspora and GFMD (Global Forum Migration Development Launched by Former Secretary of UN in Stockholm). She served one term as an officer without Portfolio with Nido Europe and a two-term vice-chairperson of Nido Greece. She was a planning committee member for the pioneer NIDOE Talent show/Business conference held in Athens 2013. With the help of some hard-working colleagues, she planned and executed a successful project of the “No CHILD LEFT BEHIND” initiative. The proceeds from this project were used in the renovation of a six classroom primary school building in Nigeria. Plans are still on the ground to continue should we have the needed resources. The project also gave Scholarships to some of our children here in Greece. Almost all the beneficiaries are graduates in different fields of academic endeavors today. A Chef by profession, She is also one of the founding members of the humanitarian organization called MELISSA, which provides food and other charity services to female refugees and the likes in Athens.

Ikechukwu Theophilus Okafor (Mr. Black community) - Member of the district board, parliamentary group spokesman, local council Mr. Ikechukwu Theophilus Okafor was born on September 16, 1967, as the youngest child of his parents' 6 children in Umuawuchi Uboma, in the Nigerian state of Imo State, born. After attending high school in Immaculate conception seminary Umuahia, he entered the seminary in 1984 and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Philosophy (Urban University Rome) and in 1990 he continued studying philosophy at Leopold-Franzens-University Innsbruck and switched to studying business informatics at Johannes Kepler Linz in 1992. In 2002 he entered the political stage for the first time as an elected member of the Linz integration Advisory Board. In 2004 he started the radio program “Voice of Africa” on the local radio station Radio FRO, the political work of each other and struggle for the correct representation of the History and view of African women in Upper Austria. Several posts by it are still available today from the Internet portal. In the same year 2004, he became the Chairman of "Die Grüne Interkulturell" of a sub-organization of the Green Oberosterreich was elected and is an important part of this organization to this day. The high Points, the establishment of the association Black Community Upper Austria in 2005 was through his commitment. Where to this day he has played an important role in steering and shaping the Work strongly. Four years later, in 2009, he dared to assume the high office of State representation and as the first African ever and candidate for the state parliament.
